Shipping Policy
Processing time: After your order has been placed, please allow 1-5 processing days before your order has been shipped out. Processing time only includes business days. We encourage you to not wait until the last minute to place an order. During restocks, holidays, and launches, processing days may be extended. We have every right to extend processing time if there is a high demand for orders. Business days do not include Friday-Sunday.
Shipping: Once an order has been placed and shipped out there are absolutely NO refunds. We are not responsible Or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once your package has been received by USPS or any other shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for it. For concerns with your package you can contact USPS at (1-800-275-8777) or file a claim at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. You may cancel an unshipped order for a full refund that has NOT been processed.
Delivery Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered after it has been processed. Please keep in mind due to Covid-19, we have been experiencing shipping delays. Please be patient with your order as it may take longer to ship. We are currently working hard to ship out orders in a timely manner. Due to high delivery volumes there may be shipping delays with USPS. If you have any questions please contact our support team.
Order Modifications: If you need to modify an order, add or remove a product, please email our support team at support@venomlashes.com and set the subject of the email “Order modification #(your order number)”. We will try our best to modify your order if it has NOT been shipped out or processed.
Order Cancellation: Unfortunately we do not allow order cancellations unless your order has not been processed or shipped out. Feel free to contact our support team and subject your email “Order Cancellation #(your order number). We will try our best to accommodate you.
Order Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been placed, you should receive an email confirmation. Please check your confirmation email to check your items you’ve ordered as well as your shipping address to confirm you entered the right one. Later on you should receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped out. Please check your spam/junk folder for email confirmations.
Inaccurate shipping address: Venom Lashes is NOT responsible for inaccurate shipping addresses. We suggest after each order placed to check your order confirmation email to confirm your address. If you’ve realized that your address is wrong after you’ve placed your order, email our support team at support@venomlashes.com and subject the email “Inaccurate shipping address”. Then type:
If you live in an apartment don't forget to type your apt/unit/suite number. We can only assist you if your order has NOT been shipped out.
Returns: All sales are FINAL sales, due to Covid 19 and for sanitary reasons, we do NOT offer returns on shipped orders. There are absolutely NO EXCHANGES or REFUNDS. If your package has not been shipped out yet, and is still in the processing stage, we may be able to cancel for a full refund. Please keep in mind that this is not guaranteed.
